Q: i just signed up for a membership and tried to log in, but it doesn’t recognize my account and i don’t see my content.
A1: Make sure you have third party cookies and "cross-site tracking” enabled in your browser to access this website. With cookies disabled and cross site tracking turned off, you will not be able to access content. See below for help with Safari & Google Chrome browsers for iPhone:
A2: If you tried to view your content immediately after registering and your content is not appearing on your account, most likely the system hasn’t had time to update yet. Give it a few hours and try again. Most of the time it updates within minutes. Don’t panic! If you still don’t have access after 24 hours. Reach out to support and you will get help!
A3: Make sure you are not trying to log in with your username and password from the HAJ Aerial Shop (www.hollyannjarvis.com). The two accounts are separate.
A4: Username is case sensitive - make sure you are typing it in the same as when you registered - if you have forgotten your username you can always reach out for assistance recovering your account!
Q: what’s the difference between the sling flow salon and the masterclass?
A1: The Masterclass is a collection of lessons that provide you with growth as an aerialist, not just in strength and skill, but in artistry and execution. The original Masterclass was hosted through my Patreon, so the content shared in my old Patreon is the same content you will find here in the online studio + new additional lessons coming soon! The Sling Flow Salon is a brand new concept. It is an archive of my past training videos. There are no instructions or cues in this videos, but most of the footage has never been shared on social media before.
Q: When does my monthly membership renew?
A: Your membership renews on the same day every month or year from your initial sign-up day. For example, if you registered for a membership on the 5th of the month, your renewal date is the 5th every month following.
All memberships are auto-renewing and will recur every month on the same day until you cancel, pause or change your membership.
Q: HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
A: You must be 18 years old to register an account.
Q: HOW MANY ACTIVE MEMBERSHIPS CAN I HAVE AT ONE TIME?
A: At this time, only ONE active membership per account is allowed at a time. For example, If you switch to a new membership before the end of your membership expiration only the most recent active membership content will reflect on your account. Please reach out via email if you need help upgrading or changing a membership to be sure you don’t lose access to your paid content.
Q: How long will it take to get an email response for Help?
A: Most issues can and will be addressed within 24-48 business hours (no holidays/weekends). Please be patient with email response time if you don’t hear back right away!
Q: How do i switch to a different membership option?
A: If you would like to switch to another membership option, cancel your current membership FIRST and then sign up for a new membership tier. Your card/payment option will be charged upon signing up for the new membership tier. After changing your membership, please email to verify that the “old” membership has properly canceled.
Q: how/when do i cancel or change my membership?
A1: You can change your membership at any time through your account dashboard. To pause or cancel your membership submit the form below. If you cancel or change your membership yourself before your membership expires, it’s possible you may lose access to your content immediately. If that happens, reach out to support and you will get taken care of! Keep in mind - if you decided to change your current membership to another package offered - your account will only reflect the most current membership.
A2: Log into your account to view your current membership package. From here you can upgrade/downgrade a membership. For pausing and cancellations, please reach out to support.
